We are committed to improving menstrual cycle education across the UK, ensuring educational resources are evidence-based and fit-for-purpose for both teachers and pupils.
Vision
Through improved education provision, change the narrative relating to the menstrual within society and support all individuals who menstruate to enjoy life long involvement in physical activity.

Natalie is driven to support females to stay active across their whole menstrual cycle and use exercise as a vehicle to manage female hormone related symptoms.

Her work explores the impact of hormonal fluctuations on neuromuscular function, injury risk, and symptom management, while also advocating for menstrual health education to empower females with a better understanding of their bodies.
